The Young Leaders Advisory Board (Y-LAB) has published its quarterly update outlining the various initiatives underway to support young rail professionals following the recent release of its ARA Y-Lab Strategy 2024. 

Some of the key highlights include taking part in various ARA executive meetings in the areas of passenger operators, freight, consulting, women in rail and workforce strategy, attending a National Women in Transport event and progressing the Rail Ambassadors initiative. 

Y-LAB has also hosted virtual coffee catch ups for Young Rail Professionals (YRP) with more than 30 participants and had a strong industry presence by attending numerous rail and transport events representing ARA and Y-LAB.
