The ARA will again lead an Australian and New Zealand Rail Industry delegation to Berlin for InnoTrans 2026. The week prior, a European Study Tour will also be arranged. Further information will be circulated early 2026.
InnoTrans Asia has been announced. This will be an inaugural trade show in Singapore in September 2027. The ARA is exploring interest from ARA members in joining an ARA delegation to participate in this event.
Expression of interest: ARA delegation to InnoTrans Asia 2027
InnoTrans Asia will be held from 7 to 9 September 2027 at Singapore EXPO. As the inaugural Asian edition of the world’s leading transport technology trade fair, it will bring together industry leaders, innovators, and decision-makers from across the world.
The ARA is calling for expressions of interest from members, industry and government stakeholders to join an ARA delegation and explore opportunities for collaboration, export and investment aligned to our policy and advocacy agenda. Learn more about InnoTrans Asia 2027.
What to expect
ARA delegations are designed to maximise outcomes, including market insights, supplier engagement and networking. For example, the ARA’s 2024 Berlin delegation hosted more than 160 professionals from 86 organisations, providing shared stand facilities and meeting spaces, on-stand networking functions, coordinated visits to major exhibitors, and optional site tours. The 2027 program will be developed based on interest. It may include similar elements, subject to interest and logistics.

Executives and leaders from passenger and freight operators, manufacturers and suppliers, contractors, technology providers, consultants and government agencies with an interest in the Asian rail market.
