New to the ARA Member Portal? Get started in four easy steps
- Log in (current member or user): If you are logging in to the new ARA Portal for the first time, you will need to reset your password. Simply click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page and follow the prompts, ensuring you use the same email address you used previously to ensure you retain access to your profile, history and any current registrations.
- Log in (new user): Please ensure you use your work email address, so you will be connected to your employer (and receive member benefits if applicable).
- Update your information: Once logged in, review and update your information to ensure your profile is accurate, and if you are a company administrator, review and update your company account.
- Explore new features: including access to ARA webinars, event and course registration.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a login?
All users are required to create a login to use the ARA Portal to register for ARA events and courses. ARA Members also login to the ARA Portal, which provides access to additional member only resources and benefits.
What if I forget my password?
Simply click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the prompts to reset.
What email should I use to create my login?
– If you had a login in our previous system, using the same email address will ensure your history and records will be accessible.
– If you are new to our system, please use your work email address so we can ensure your login connects to your company’s profile. If your company is an ARA member, this will provide you with access to ARA member benefits.
Will my previous event and course registrations be available?
Yes, your history will be transferred if you use the same email address to login and reset your password in the new portal. If you notice anything missing, please contact our support team.
I’ve created a log in but can’t access member pricing – how can I access member rates?
– If you work for a member company and can’t access member pricing, you may not be linked to your company’s member record. Contact us at [email protected] and we will update your record.
– If you work for a non-member company, you will only be able to access non-member pricing, and some member-only resources may be unavailable to you. To find out more about becoming a member, please visit the ARA Membership page or contact us using the details below.
