The ARA hosted its New South Wales Young Rail Professionals Networking Ball on Thursday, which was a huge success with over 130 attendees. The night provided young rail professionals with the perfect opportunity to build connections and foster new relationships, while enjoying a fun night of Hollywood glamour.

A special thank you to Young Leaders Advisory Board (YLAB) member Charlotte Robinson for her stellar MC role and engaging icebreaker activities, which encouraged networking and new friendships.

We were honoured to welcome Treaven Martinus, CEO and Founder of Martinus, as our keynote speaker. His inspiring speech detailed how he started Martinus from his home at the age of 29 and grew it to compete with multinational companies. He emphasised the importance of hiring individuals based on their potential to succeed, rather than solely on their experience.

A big thank you our Gold Sponsor Degnan. Thank you all for making the event such a memorable and impactful evening.
