The popular ARA Diversity Webinar series delivered by Diversity Australia, a leading national firm specialising in diversity and inclusion in the workplace, begins next month with four sessions over April and May.  

The series provides participants with the opportunity to expand awareness and understanding of diversity topics impacting workplaces across the country. The webinar series is delivered online and is available to all ARA members. 

Registration for the webinar series will grant access to two distinct topics:  

Break the Bias, a small-group, interactive session on the topics of unconscious gender biases, and the way these biases can be unintentionally holding back professional development.  

The second webinar topic, Inclusive Language, discusses how inclusivity in wording is not about censorship or political correctness but communication that is respectful and understanding of your audience.
