Rail Industry worker (RIW) services will be unavailable during an outage from Wednesday 7pm until midnight to allow for important updates to be made to the system, including:
- ID check service upgrades;
- Medical form updates for AHPs;
- Enhanced major (5-year) subscription renewal process;
- Security upgrades and known problem fixes.
During the interruption, the RIW Service Desk will be unavailable for phone support. Queries and service requests can still be sent through to the RIW Service Desk on [email protected] and will be addressed once system functionality has resumed.
