The ARA joined the online 2024 Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program 2024-25 to 2027-28 Industry Briefing on Tuesday. 

The briefing gave an outline of the project plans and opportunities for local rail suppliers and contractors.  

Presentations included how the department has been reviewing and improving procurement processes and practices to better support industry in the successful delivery of projects.  

The ARA thanks TMR for their continued willingness to collaborate and discuss ways to improve streamlining and harmonisation in rail procurement projects for improvements in efficiency and project outcomes.
