The Australasian Railway Association (ARA) has launched a new, free course, Respect in Rail, to support the rail industry to foster a culture of safety, respect and inclusiveness. 

The ARA is committed to measures that enable the rail industry to become an industry of choice that is fit for the future. 

Fostering a workplace culture that is respectful, safe and inclusive is essential to building a healthy, sustainable rail industry. 

The free, 30-minute, online course outlines how to identify and address disrespectful behaviours, such as bullying and harassment, using real-world scenarios in the rail workplace. It also provides practical strategies to support others when witnessing such behaviour.
