The ARA held the Passenger Operations – Meet the Buyer session last week.
This was the final in the series, which has been a valuable way for suppliers to engage directly with procurers and receive the latest information on planned procurements and opportunities for the supply chain.
We were joined by John Holland (JHG) representatives who shared further insight into their program of work and upcoming procurement of products and services. JHG shared key priorities, which include rail safety, diversity and innovation, particularly in terms of AI. They also have a strong focus on operating sustainably and achieving energy efficiency as well as applying innovation to developing new accessibility solutions.
