Members of the ARA workforce development team met with NTC in Melbourne on Thursday to support the development of the National Rail Action Plan’s skills agenda over the coming years and next steps to build on the work to date to better support attraction, retention, educational pathways, coordinated training and accreditation, to address the skills challenges and to plan for future skills needs for a sustainable rail industry.
