The Australasian Rail Industry Awards recognise and celebrate the achievements, innovation and successes of those working in the rail industry.

2021 Australasian Rail Industry Awards

 

Nominations are now open for the 2021 Australasian Rail Industry Awards (ARI Awards), so get your entry in to recognise the achievements of your people or team. The awards recognise and celebrate individual and company achievements in the rail industry, showcasing examples of excellence and innovation to support its growth and success.

The awards are a fantastic opportunity to:

  • Thank an employee for their commitment and dedication to your company
  • Acknowledge the achievements of a person or team in your organisation
  • Promote your leadership in innovation
  • Have your product or service recognised by national industry leaders

Nominations are now open and close at 5pm AEST on Thursday 17 June. Finalists will be announced on Tuesday 20 July.

How to nominate

 

The ARI Awards are open to anyone working in the rail industry and organisation operating in or affiliated with rail in Australia and New Zealand. The award category criteria provide full details on who is eligible to be nominated.

Nominations can be made by the nominee themselves or by another person or party. All nominations must be submitted online. Hard copy or email submissions will not be accepted. The nomination and judging process will be managed by Evalato, an online awards management platform. All nominators will need to create an account to submit their nominations online.

The awards were established in partnership with a range of rail organisations in recognition of our shared support for excellence in the rail industry. We thank the Rail Track Association Australia, Rail Technical Society Australasia, Permanent Way Institution, Institution of Railway Signal Engineers and Rail Industry Safety and Standards Board for their continued support.

Celebrate with the industry at the awards gala dinner

Award winners will be announced at our ARI Awards Gala Dinner in Melbourne on Wednesday 8 September. The dinner is always a highlight of the rail industry calendar, so make sure you book your place early to help us celebrate the industry’s achievements in 2021.

Supporting rail safety

Proceeds from the Australasian Rail Industry Awards go to the TrackSAFE Foundation, a registered harm prevention charity established by the industry to reduce near collisions, injuries and fatalities on the rail network resulting from suicide and reckless behaviour.
