Raphaelle Guerineau, a prominent leader in the rail industry, presently serves as the CEO of Siemens Mobility in Australia and New Zealand, boasting 20 years of international experience.

I have held various roles with Alstom and Siemens in Strategy, Project Management and Bid Management. In 2018, I relocated to Australia, initially as Head of the Products business in the Asia Pacific region, before eventually assuming the role of CEO and Managing Director. I have been the chair of the Board of Directors of Siemens Mobility Pty Ltd since 2019. I continue to champion gender equality and am a member of the Monash Institute of Railway Technology’s Industry Advisory Board.
