Anne Connors GAICD is an accomplished rail executive with more than 18 years’ experience across client, contractor and government roles. She has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary programs, driving operational and cultural transformation, navigating complex risk allocation and optimising commercial frameworks.

Holding a Master of Construction Law and qualifications in civil engineering, business and project management (CPPM), Anne is recognised for her strategic thinking, governance acumen and ability to translate operational insight into both practical and valuable outcomes. Her leadership is also informed by exposure to international rail practices and strong relationships across the wider rail supply chain.

Anne is passionate about building a modern, sustainable and people-centred rail industry. She advocates for improved harmonisation, procurement, workforce capability, diversity and wellbeing, and is committed to fostering inclusive, high-performing environments across the sector.

She has served on multiple not-for-profit boards, championing good governance, responsible leadership and a culture that values people, purpose and continuous improvement.
