Young Rail Professionals Forum

Since 2017 the Australasian Railway Association (ARA) together with its ARA member partners have held the Young Rail Professional Forums to recognise and support the value, importance and qualities of young professionals in the rail sector. Collectively, the rail sector must harness the right skills required for the future, to ensure the industry's viability and relevance. Rail has entered an exciting period as a result of unprecedented investment and expansion. This transformation provides rail with the unique opportunity to embrace change and improve age diversity in the rail workforce, and we believe that everyone has a role to play in the journey.

Young professionals and managers are encouraged to participate, network and gain wisdom from industry panellists.

The Australasian Railway Association (ARA) and KiwiRail invite young professionals who work in rail and their managers, as well as those interested in pursuing a career in rail to attend the Young Rail Professionals Forum to be held in Auckland on Tuesday, 18 June 2019.
