Applications are open for both mentees and mentors for the ARA Women in Rail Mentoring Program, which starts in April next year. The Program is designed to support and retain talented women in the rail industry by fostering their personal and professional growth. Through this program, mentees are paired with experienced rail professionals who share valuable career insights and provide guidance to help mentees advance in their careers and leadership development.

Delivered fully online with support materials and webinars from the Art of Mentoring, mentees will be matched with suitable mentors according to their role and objectives.
