Last week, we delivered a very successful Safety Policy Committee meeting comprising senior safety leaders from rail companies across the country. Highlights included an update from ONRSR on their priorities, recent activity, and progress towards a new cost recovery model. We had updates from NTC on progress on the update to the National Health Standard and Australian Transport Safety Bureau, as well as very productive discussions on psychosocial safety, e-scooters, and construction in the railway.  

This is a very important forum for advancing our industry’s safety agenda and forming united positions on safety matters. Thank you Metro Trains Melbourne for hosting us!
