Our Revenue Protection Network met this week to discuss recent fare compliance surveys. It was invaluable to be able to compare and contrast across the country. While there have been some movements in fare evasion figures, the results seem to be steady with networks meeting or exceeding targets set by the states. The group also found great value in being able to share best practice in supporting revenue protection officers around the country, so that they can safely and efficiently undertake the critical role that they do.
