The ARA’s Anti-Social Behaviour Network met Wednesday 8 May and shared progress and learnings on various initiatives. Many railways have recently completed their fare compliance and customer satisfaction surveys leading to a focussing of efforts in high priority areas.
Anti-social behaviour is a problem with varying driving factors and its management is of utmost importance in Australia’s railways. Our customers, and indeed our staff, deserve to be safe. The good work of the Anti-Social Behaviour Network, and their generous sharing of best practice, is helping our railways make great progress.
