Last Thursday, the ARA facilitated a Systems Integration roundtable with rail infrastructure contractors and rail infrastructure delivery agencies. Participants included representatives from ARTC, Inland Rail, LXRA, PTA WA, QR, Sydney Metro, TMR, Yarra Trams, HSRA, Acciona, Atkins Realis, CPB, DT Infrastructure, GHD, Martinus, Mikado Group. 

The roundtable aimed to facilitate an initial discussion on the challenges of systems integration in major rail projects, understand the underlying reasons for these barriers, and share ideas to identify opportunities to improve understanding, approach and outcomes, as well as determine the value of collectively developing solutions.
