- Thoroughly investigate the barriers and challenges hindering women’s entry, retention and progression in the rail industry.
- Emphasise the benefits and advantages of achieving gender parity and fostering women’s leadership within the rail industry.
- Explore practical best practice initiatives that are occurring within the rail industry and outside it, that could be more widely adopted .
- provide recommendations that can be implemented by individuals, organisations and industry collectively to facilitate increased diversity and inclusion in the Australian rail sector.
We encourage everyone employed in the rail industry to join this webinar to learn more about how they and their organisations can play a more proactive role in ensuring a more gender inclusive workplace.
