There has been increasing interest in the ARA’s Women in Rail Committee.

Last week, the ARA’s Women in Rail Committee met to discuss ways to facilitate maximum participation in the group due to increasing interest following the recent release of the report, Progressing gender equality in the Australasian rail industry.

The Group discussed the formation of a series of Working Groups as well as a Reference Committee to promote information sharing and ensure everyone who wants to be involved has ample opportunity to help support the ARA as we progress the recommendations from the gender equality report.
