Last week, ARA CEO Caroline Wilke and General Manager – Passenger Rail and Safety, Jesse Baker, had the pleasure of meeting with the CEO of Yarra Trams, Carla Purcell, and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of Yarra Trams, Sally Richardson, to discuss priorities for Yarra Trams.

It was great to hear about the customer focus Yarra is taking to ensure their customers receive efficient and reliable services, and that people on their network are kept safe, comfortable, and secure. Carla is a member of ARA’s Passenger Operators Executive Committee overseeing ARA’s passenger advocacy agenda and her insights are instrumental in guiding ARA activity on delivering industry’s priorities.
