The ARA is encouraging young rail professionals to apply for the exclusive Future Leaders Program 2025 designed to foster leadership skills for the next generation of rail professionals.
The comprehensive, six-day program is based on contemporary best practice and provides a unique opportunity for the professional and personal development of rail professionals who are expected to make a difference to the industry over the next decade.
The program will include face-to-face workshops in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and is specifically tailored for the rail industry. It supports a hand-picked group of emerging leaders to:
- Build a cross-industry network;
- Develop the capabilities required of successful leaders; and
- Raise their profile through an executive sponsorship program.
The program will be limited to a gender-balanced cohort of 45 emerging leaders nominated by employers, and must include a sponsor from the organisation who also takes part.
The ARA has once again partnered with Dr Polly McGee of Disruptive Consulting as the lead facilitator.
