The agenda and corresponding papers for the 2024 ARA Annual General Meeting (AGM) were distributed on Thursday. The AGM will take place on Monday 25 November at the Gold Coast Convention Centre before AusRAIL commences. The AGM will fill three ARA Board vacancies and seek member endorsement of the new ARA Board Chair; Lucio Di Bartolomeo as endorsed to members by the ARA Board. If ARA members are unable to attend in person, votes can be cast by proxy. Eligible ARA members are able to submit one vote either in person at the AGM or if unable to attend, in advance by proxy. Associate and Academic member organisations are not eligible to vote but are welcome to attend the Board meeting.
