2023 ARA Member Survey

As the industry association of the rail industry in Australia and New Zealand, the ARA is focussed on delivering exceptional member value,  whether that be via our policy and advocacy agenda, the delivery of courses and events or industry development activities.

In order to ensure that the offerings of the ARA continue to meet the needs of our members and the rail industry, the ARA has commissioned Survey Matters, an independent research agency skilled in working with member-based organisations, to conduct a survey on our behalf.

The survey will ask for member feedback on key issues impacting your business and the industry, as well as feedback on your engagement with the ARA and the services we offer.

The survey results will assist us to ensure the ARA is best positioned to support our members and the rail industry into the future.

Responses to the online survey are confidential and we would value your comprehensive and honest feedback.

ARA members will have received an email from Survey Matters with an individual survey invitation. A reminder email was issued on Tuesday this week.
