With city-shaping projects in Australia and New Zealand set to significantly increase capacity, the ARA’s advocacy continues to focus on growing patronage. Our members are committed to enhancing the customer experience by better understanding how to improve security, accessibility, information to customers and disruption management.

Several significant rail projects are underway, including the Sydney Metro, Melbourne’s Suburban Rail Loop, Brisbane’s Cross River Rail, light rail expansions in ACT, NSW and Qld, Perth’s METRONET program and Auckland’s City Rail Link.
