Diversity Council Australia training program for ARA members hosted by Jacobs

The ARA invites you to join a series of five online workshops to help you further embed diversity and inclusion in your organisation.

Delivered by the Diversity Council Australia (DCA), these workshops will provide practical tools you can use to develop a diversity strategy, address bias and ensure inclusive leadership within your business.

This is an ideal opportunity for organisations of all sizes to find out how they can help improve diversity in the rail industry.

This webinar examines the evidence of what works and what doesn’t and recommends more effective ways to engage men to achieve gender equality at work.
