We are pleased to invite you to our first NSW Industry Forum, created exclusively for ARA members to discuss the major policy issues facing the rail industry in the state. Join us in Sydney for updates from government and industry leaders on the major projects and initiatives underway or planned in Queensland.

The forum is part of the ARA's commitment to providing a strong platform for collaboration between industry and state governments across the country.

Hear from senior government and industry representatives in our program of presentations, briefings and panel discussions on the big issues facing the state's rail industry. Speakers will include:

  • Rob Sharp, Secretary, Transport for NSW

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (non-conference policy)

a)       Where permitted, you may cancel all or part of your registration. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent by

b)      If your cancellation notification is received by the ARA at least five business days or more before the start date of an Event, the ARA will provide you with a refund of the Fees minus any administrations costs (as reasonably determined by the ARA).

c)       No entitlement to repayment arises for cancellations with less than five business days of notice.

d)      Refunds will not be granted if you fail to attend or where a substitute is not provided.

e)      Cancellation pursuant to this clause does not terminate our agreement with you, which continues until resolution of all outstanding matters to the ARA’s satisfaction.

f)        The ARA reserves the right to cancel or vary optional activities if minimum numbers are not reached.

g)      The ARA has no liability for the loss of money in relation to travel, accommodation and other expenses as a result of an event cancellation. Obtaining travel and other insurances to protect such loses are at the discretion of the registrant and are not included in your registration fees.

h)    Special dietary/physical requirements: These cannot be catered for unless requested before the event registration closing date. Please indicate any special requirements specifications on your registration form or email.

i)      All communication will be via the contact details you provided on your registration form including email. The ARA cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of communication.
