Young Rail Professionals

Following the outstanding success of our Young Rail Professionals Forum in Sydney earlier this year, the ARA is again partnering with Aurecon to host a similar event in Melbourne on Thursday 3 August 2017 from 6-8pm.

This ‘Harnessing the workforce for the future’ Forum is for young rail professionals and their managers.

The forum aims to recognise and how best to maximise the value, importance and qualities of young professionals in the rail sector. Collectively, the rail sector must harness the right skills required for the future, to ensure the industry’s viability and relevance.

Rail is entering an exciting period as a result of unprecedented investment and expansion. This transformation provides rail with the unique opportunity to embrace change and improve age diversity in the rail workforce, and we believe that everyone has a role to play in the journey. Young professionals and managers are encouraged to participate, network and gain wisdom from a diverse range of panelists.
